IX-New Chitose Airport

1. 1After arriving at the airport, go to the meeting point or parking area shown in the confirmation information.
2. 2Show driver documents, passport or identity materials required by the order.
3. 3Exact parking bay, plate number and hand-off details are provided after confirmation.

After your reservation is completed: On the day before your rental date, our company will add you as a friend via SNS (LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk / +81 70 9312 9182). Upon your arrival: After your flight arrives and you have collected your baggage, please contact us via SNS or by phone. A staff member will come to pick you up in about 15 minutes. Pick-up locations: 1.The counter is located outside the terminal and requires a shuttle car to reach it. 2. Upon arrival at Domestic Arrival, please go to platform 30. Upon arrival at International 1st floor Arrival, please go to platform 98. 3.Please follow the map to the corresponding platform for the shuttle car. The shuttle bus license plate is 7772 or 8790 4.Please take the shuttle bus with IX rental symbol to the store. After arriving at the store, please go to the IX rental store to handle the procedures, and then the staff will lead you to the parking lot to pick up the car. ※ A handling fee of 10000 yen per occurrence will be charged for vehicle pick-up or return outside of business hours.

1. 1Return the vehicle to the location confirmed in your booking.
2. 2Before return, confirm fuel or battery level, mileage and vehicle condition.
3. 3Submit exterior, dashboard and parking proof photos as guided.
4. 4Return within the selected store schedule and follow the local hand-off rule.

When returning the vehicle, please consult with the store. (LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk / +81 70 9312 9182) The return location is the same as the store where you picked up the car. After returning the car, the staff will provide a free bus to take you to the international/domestic terminal of the airport. The procedure for returning the vehicle will be explained to you at the rental counter.
