Upon arrival, you can contact the staff through the order information or the contact details in the order email to have your vehicle delivered and assist you in completing the pick-up process. Please respect and adhere to the pick-up time you have reserved. The supplier will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. After this time, the supplier may charge you an additional waiting fee, or you may not be able to pick up the vehicle. If your pick-up location is the airport, we recommend that you provide the staff with your flight information in advance to avoid delays in picking up your vehicle due to flight delays.
