Please prepare the necessary documents for picking up the car in advance: the driver's passport and international driver's license, as well as a cash deposit of 20000 yen for the vehicle. The deposit will be fully refunded upon returning the car.

Please drive to Kansai Airport Terminal 1. After entering the airport, follow the overhead signs marked “Terminal 1” and the ground markings 【Departure】 and 【General Vehicles】 to proceed to the 4th Floor Departure Level. We will meet you at Gate F on the 4th Floor to complete the vehicle return process. Please note: There are no gas stations inside the airport. You must fill up your tank at a gas station within a 2-kilometer radius outside the airport before arriving. After refueling, keep your final gas receipt and present it to our staff during vehicle return. If your return time changes, please contact us in advance.
