Exit the North Exit of the Kansai International Airport Arrivals Hall, turn left, and walk straight for about 200 meters until you reach Gate F on the 1st floor. Take the elevator to the 4th floor, exit through Gate F, cross the crosswalk, and you will arrive at the car pickup location.

After entering the airport, follow the overhead signs marked “Terminal 1” and the ground markings 【Departure】 and 【General Vehicles】 to proceed to the 4th Floor Departure Level. We will meet you at Gate F on the 4th Floor to complete the vehicle return process. Please note: There are no gas stations inside the airport. You must fill up your tank at a gas station within a 2-kilometer radius outside the airport before arriving.
