Follow the direction indicated, then proceed to the 3rd floor of the parking lot. Take the lift to the 8th floor to meet the staff in C zone parking. Provided that the vehicle is returned undamaged and all fees are settled, the deposit will be fully and automatically refunded within 7 business days of return. If you choose the self-service pickup and return service, please note: Parking lot pickup is currently not available. All vehicle pickup and return procedures must be completed at our rental branch. We provide shuttle service between the airport and the branch. Please stay in communication with our customer service during your trip. Self-service pickup and return must be arranged during branch business hours. If you are unable to complete pickup or return within the business hours of the scheduled day, it must be postponed to the next business day, and additional rental fees will be charged according to our policy.
