Come out of the arrival gate on Level 3 and turn right, heading towards Car Parks D. 2.Turn left at the signboard. Follow the overhead signs marked Car Parks C & D and Car Rental. 3.Continue straight. Take the walkway straight ahead, still following the Car Parks C & D signs. 4.Turn right at Car Rental. Look up for the blue Sewa Kereta / Car Rental sign, then turn right towards the lifts. 5.Lift down to Level 2. Take the lift down to Level 2 — Car Parks C & D. 6.Follow the Car Rental signs. Walk through the car park (zone C-2-4) following the Car Rental arrows. 7.Lift down to Ground Floor. At the Access to Car Rental sign, take the lift down to the ground floor. 8.Walk to the counters. Head towards the row of car rental counters straight ahead. 9.YOU HAVE ARRIVED. Counter No. 8. Ground Floor, Car Park Block D, KLIA Terminal 1. Show your booking confirmation and driving licence at the counter. Our team will complete the handover and walk you through the vehicle before you drive off.

2. 2Before return, confirm fuel or battery level, mileage and vehicle condition.
3. 3Submit exterior, dashboard and parking proof photos as guided.
4. 4Return within the selected store schedule and follow the local hand-off rule.
