1. 1After arriving at the airport, go to the meeting point or parking area shown in the confirmation information.
2. 2Show driver documents, passport or identity materials required by the order.
3. 3Exact parking bay, plate number and hand-off details are provided after confirmation.

Terminal 1 : 1.Please collect your baggage directly after disembarking from the plane, unless your flight is delayed or changed, you won't have to contact us first. 2.Please turn right walking through the waiting area after you pass the custom. You will see Tourist Service Center on the left hand side. You may ask the Tourist Service Center about the location of Exit 18. 3.Please go to Pick up area and look for the sign at Exit 18. 4.After arriving at exit 18 ,please contact the IX RENTAL Taoyuan office to arrange pick-up.Opening hours 08:00~20:00 Tel:+886 33862555. If you need to be picked up from 07:00~08:00, please make a reservation in advance when booking the car. Or contact IX RENTAL Official APP and email text customer (service hours 08:30~17:30) Out of these hours, please contact the Taoyuan office directly.
