Making a reservation
Choose a vehicle class, equipment and services, then confirm the terms before payment.
Your booking terms take priority
Availability, prices, limits and protection conditions can vary by pricing terms, branch and brand partner. Always use the terms shown for your booking as the final source.
Why should I provide flight details?
For an airport pickup, flight details help the branch estimate your arrival and understand delays. They do not guarantee that a vehicle will be held. If your flight is delayed, changed or cancelled, use the branch phone number shown in the booking details and provide the booking reference and new arrival time. Retention still depends on opening hours, availability and branch confirmation.
Can I specify a vehicle model when making a reservation?
Reservations are confirmed by vehicle class, not a specific model, brand or colour. Check the model examples, type, capacity and SIPP code shown for the class.
Where can I view the rental terms?
Before booking, open Price breakdown / Rental terms on the vehicle selection page. After booking, review the confirmation email, Manage Booking and the rental agreement signed at pickup. Pay particular attention to driver and payment-card requirements, deposit, protection and excess, fuel and mileage policies, cancellation, one-way return and cross-border restrictions. Requirements vary by vehicle, branch and destination; the selected option, confirmed order and signed rental agreement take priority.
