Tokyo City car rentals

New car model, well maintained and clean. Staff was clear and efficient during pick up and handover which took about 10 mins. They speak multi languages (mandarin & English) which made it easy for tourists. IX was accommodating in last minute time extension as per our request. They also sent reminder and instructions day before pickup day. Recommend to rent from IX!

IX Rental is an excellent rental provider with helpful and obliging top service. I would book a car here again and again. 5-Star and .... Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu.

This rental car company was amazing. the check in process was easy and fast. there was a way to communicate with someone throughout the entire vacation. The van is big for a family of five we still had enough space for luggage. the car was clean very comfortable and well maintained. The seats had a reclining option for leg elevation for the two captains seats in the back and the passenger side seat . would use this company again.
