After finding S2 or N2, please go to the third lane and wait for shuttle. If you arrive at Terminal 2, please proceed to Central Exit. After finding Central Exit, please go to the third lane and wait for shuttle. If you arrive at Terminal 3, please take the airport bus to the central exit of the terminal 2 and wait for the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus will take you to the office within about 10 minutes to complete the car rental procedures. If you have booked the pickup service, please contact our staff at least 24 hours before return to confirm the pickup location. Provided that the vehicle is returned undamaged and all fees are settled, the deposit will be fully and automatically refunded within 7 business days of return.
