Protection and charges

If your booking includes Full Insurance and Compensation Support, no additional package is required at pickup. For a booking made through another website, check that channel. When the rental location permits an additional protection Extra at pickup, it is purchased separately at the location and may be paid by cash or credit card.

CDW is an optional waiver that removes the customer's deductible liability for covered damage to the rental vehicle and third-party property after an accident. Exclusions and required accident procedures still apply.

When repair or cleaning is required after an accident, theft, breakdown, scratch or another cause not attributable to IX Rental, NOC compensates for loss of vehicle use during that work. ECO can waive NOC for covered cases.

ECO is an additional compensation option that covers the NOC otherwise payable by the customer after an accident or breakdown. ECO is not insurance; its exclusions and customer duties remain applicable.

Depending on the package and event, support may dispatch help for a flat tyre, jump start, lockout, fuel delivery, recovery or towing. Parts, fuel, unauthorised repairs and service outside the limit may remain payable. Contact support before arranging work yourself unless immediate safety requires action.

Rates are calculated from the vehicle class and rental period. The final quote also shows applicable options, one-way charges, protection, taxes and fees.

Yes. Each region has regular and high seasons with different rates. The price shown for your selected dates is the applicable rate.

No. The rental rate does not vary with distance; unlimited kilometres are included.
