Overall great experience with IX rental from picking up, step by step guidience on helping me through the rental process and teaching small knowledge on how the car function works, overall great customer service! when returning the vehicle near the Narita airport base, they also provided a service to bring us to the airport. It would be even greater if the chosen car was what i wanted, But something similar was still good enough.
